Fairhaven is co-owned by Drs Ajmal Hussain  BM, MRCGP and Stephanie West BM, MRCOphth.
 
We acquired Fairhaven Care Home in October 2007. Both of us have several years of experience working in the National Health Service, Dr Hussain working as a General Practioner in Dorset and Dr Stephanie West as an Eye surgeon. Having experienced first hand our patients and our own relatives suffering from dementia and requiring care, we realised the need for good quality, affordable care in a safe homely environment.
 
Our priority is a high standard of care provided by having a good team and encouraging training and development of skills. We hope we have created a warm, friendly, safe environment with good quality home cooking that we would be proud to have our own relatives receive.
