Welcome to Fairhaven

Fairhaven is a residential care home, specialising in the elderly with mental illness. As well as being a residential home we also offer respite care and day care.

We aim to provide care for the elderly suffering from conditions such as Alzheimers, Parkinsons and Dementia, in a friendly, safe and homely environment.

I felt I had to write to thank you all for the care that you gave to my farther Mr J
When the time came for him to go into a care home none of us had any knowledge of what to expect and we were quite anxious on his behalf. Having visited him on a few occasions and spent quite a bit of time with him during his final days, I am moved to say that I was overwhelmed by the level of kindness shown to him by all the staff.

We are sorry to tell you that mum passed away. We appreciated the care you provided for her sfter she moved into Fairhaven, until she was transferred, it ment a lot to us. We did enjoy her birthdays at Fairhaven and it was a pleasure to celebrate with all the other residents.

A big thankyou to Viv Tony and the rest of the team at Fairhaven

I would like to take this oppertunity to thank all the team at Fairhaven from managment, care team, cook and everyone else who had a hand in my mothers care during her stay at Fairhaven and especially in her last weeks / days.
I can not express enough how happy we were that our mother was somewhere she liked and was looked after in 100 % professional manner. Over the long time our mother was At Fairhaven we were pleased to be able to visit on a number of occasions and were made to feel very welcome by the staff and other residents and this we will miss in the future.

I want you to know how much we all appericate the wonderful care you gave to my husband in the last days of his life.
He was compleatly relaxed and happy because he felt safe and secure, the outside world had started to frighten and bewilder him!.
